FREE ONSITE MEASURE, 3D DESIGN & QUOTE:
Once your quote has been accepted, the next step is to meet with your dedicated Project Manager in our showroom. During this appointment, you’ll select your colours, finishes, and materials, and complete all required documentation, including the QBCC contract and detailed design sheets. You will also receive a specialised client folder containing copies of all signed paperwork, contracts, and personalised care and maintenance guides for every product and finish you’ve chosen. This ensures you have everything you need for a smooth, transparent, and well-informed project journey.
MATERIAL & FITTING SELECTIONS IN OUR SHOWROOM:
Our showroom is designed to help you see, feel, and experience the full range of products and finishes we offer. If you’re unsure about selections during your onsite consultation, visiting the showroom is a great way to explore options and gain a true understanding of your project. Selecting finishes in person also allows us to provide a more accurate and tailored quote, ensuring your cabinetry project meets both your vision and budget. We welcome clients to visit during business hours, and we recommend calling ahead so your Project Manager can be available to guide you through colours, materials, and design choices.

QUOTE ACCEPTANCE & SIGN UP:

You will also receive a specialised client folder containing copies of all signed paperwork, contracts, and personalised care and maintenance guides for every product and finish you’ve chosen. This is also where your cabinetry removal date (if required) and installation date will be confirmed, ensuring your project timeline is clearly set and transparent from the very beginning. Once all paperwork is complete we will organise a day that suits you and us for a final site measure. This allows us to double check all measurements gathered during our quote meeting.
MANUFACTURE:
At Cole Enterprises, your cabinetry is custom manufactured right here in our showroom, combining precision craftsmanship with cutting-edge technology. We utilise two advanced CNC machines to cut your kitchen components to millimetre-perfect accuracy, including precision-drilled shelf pin holes. Having multiple CNC machines allows us to handle larger workloads efficiently, ensuring your cabinetry is produced quickly without compromising quality. Once your cabinetry has completed the manufacturing stage, your Project Manager will contact you to arrange a viewing—either in person at our showroom during business hours or remotely through a secure photo and video link sent to your nominated email. This link provides comprehensive images and videos of your cabinetry, giving you full visibility of your project before it moves to installation.
INSTALLATION:
Finally, the moment you’ve been waiting for—your dream kitchen or custom cabinetry is ready for installation! Our skilled cabinet makers ensure a seamless, precise installation, bringing your vision to life with minimal disruption. For most projects, we complete the installation in just one day, delivering stunning results quickly and efficiently. Larger projects with multiple rooms may take an additional day, but rest assured, every detail is handled with the same expert care and attention. Watching your custom cabinetry come together is the final step in turning your design dreams into reality.
